Once you have confirmed and given us your availability, we set up all of your appointments. Sometimes it’s just one appointment, other times we put together your entire treatment plan. Details are provided by email, along with all of the other important information.

We know that health issues can be urgent and sometimes you just want solutions quickly, or are in need of urgent care. We proritize getting back to you and usually do so within 24 hours.
We might get back to you with provider options straight away, but sometimes we need to ask you a few more questions.
Most of our patients have an appointment set up within 48 hours of first contacting us, and obviously much sooner than this if it’s urgent!
